Objectives of the training

To familiarize/learn leaders of consumer associations in Africa with the concepts of transformational leadership
✓ To create and develop their skills to reinvent themselves or
adapt to new challenges and issues in consumer protection.
✓ To discuss how transformational leadership could be used by consumer association leaders to lead their organizations.
✓ To enable the AUC to identify possible areas of capacity building work.
